Service Description

Navigating the profound loss of a loved one is a deeply personal journey that can leave individuals feeling untethered and isolated. Dr. Carrie Colella offers After Loss, a dedicated dual-focus program designed to provide compassionate support through grief while gently guiding participants toward personal renewal. This service is structured as a supportive, six-week interactive class, creating a safe and confidential community for those who have experienced a loss by death. The initial focus is on the essential process of grieving and healing, offering a space where individuals can speak freely about their loss without judgment. Understanding that grief can interrupt one's sense of self and future, the program seamlessly transitions to help participants reconnect with their own identity and aspirations. Participants in this program can expect to: * Engage in a supportive environment that normalizes the grieving process and honors their unique experience. * Develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for emotional healing over the six-week structure. * Realign with their core values, sense of self, and personal dreams that may have been paused or obscured by loss or life's disruptions, such as the pandemic. * Participate in guided reflections and interactive exercises designed to foster resilience and forward momentum. * Receive a framework for continuing their journey of healing and self-discovery beyond the program's duration. Process & Commitment: To ensure an intimate and supportive group dynamic, enrollment in After Loss is limited. A commitment deposit is required to secure a place in the session. Interested individuals are encouraged to inquire for details on upcoming session dates and the enrollment process to begin this supportive journey.
