Ongoing Support for Lasting Change: Dr. Colella believes in partnering with leaders beyond the workshop. To ensure a smooth transition from learning to application, she offers follow-up support consultations. Process & Commitment: To allow for thorough customization and preparation of materials, this workshop requires scheduling with a six-week advance notice. A commitment deposit of 50% of the total workshop cost is required upon booking to secure the date and begin the pre-engagement assessment process.
